| Season | Club | Days | Running total | How this season is known |

| 2020 | Arizona Diamondbacks | 50 | 0.050 | From transactions |
| 2021 | Arizona Diamondbacks | 172 | 1.050 | From transactions |
| 2022 | Arizona Diamondbacks | 99 | 1.149 | From transactions |
| 2023 | Arizona Diamondbacks | 95 | 2.072 | From transactions |
| 2024 | Arizona Diamondbacks | 99 | 2.171 | From transactions |
| 2025 | Arizona Diamondbacks | 172 | 3.171 | From transactions |
| 2026 | Arizona Diamondbacks | 123 | 4.122 | From transactions |
172 days credit a full year, so a season adds at most 1.000 no matter how long a player is on a roster. 3.000 years reaches salary arbitration and 6.000 reaches free agency —
what every threshold unlocks.
